    You are kidding, right?
First of all, you're still playing there?
Second - you actually expect those clowns to pay off winnings after everything that's been posted here?

    Withdrawals

It is worth mentioning that I have requested and received checks within one week on three occasions from UBT.
Never have experienced any trouble of any kind there.

    Beta Testing

BJX is now in Beta Testing & needs experienced players to help evaluate it. They are most open to suggestions and criticism that may lead to improvements.
I had my first experience there yesterday & have communicated my impressions, & RECEIVED UNEXPECTED POSITIVE RESPONSES to my input.
Please come help. This may become an interesting game of more skill than luck. I believe that to be their goal.:)

You shouldn't have to fight for your winnings. I won't fight them for mine, it's not worth the trouble.

I just checked that site for the first time in a while, and am pleased to report that their entry counts, even including freerolls, appear to have dropped by 25% - 30%. This is what happens when you deceive folks or just screw them outright. Did the geniuses behind that site actually think that they could come here, the planet's best forum for TBJ players, and get away with smoke-&-mirrors propped up with deeply hidden clauses about why they won't pay folks their winnings?

It seemed that they had the right idea at the beginning - ask us for help, advice, suggestions, even complaints. But all offered commentary has been roundly ignored with the lame excuse that the suggestions were being discussed and changes were on the way. Yeah, right. Ain't happening. It's been months now. All they had to do was offer a fair game and treat people right, and they would have had a damn good chance.

There are procedures in place and once these are satisfied withdrawals are honoured. You know that from your first two withdrawals. Leftnut also knows what he has to do to withdraw money. It is his choice whether he does it or not.

All properly operated gaming sites put in place controls on bonus funds to prevent abuse and provide a fair opportunity for all players, and require some form of identification so that they know who they are dealing with. There is nothing onerous or untoward about this.

As far as changes to the software are concerned I can only reiterate my statements from previous posts - the work is underway. I am as much if not more frustrated than any of you on this front.

Despite the negative comments by a few on these boards our games remain popular and the play rate continues to increase month-on-month, so we must be doing something right. We do appreciate the support from these boards and hope you are enjoying the >$2000 that we are currently giving away monthly in freerolls and guaranteed tourneys.

Yeah, I do. I'm supposed to send real money to a site that runs like crap and has a history of not paying off.
For you, maybe. But I'd bet that there's some other hidden clause, or two, or TEN, that will make it damn near impossible to get either the earned winnings or the original money back. Remember, the clause about having to deposit real cash and play it through was buried deep in the bowels of the rules. Don't think for one second that they don't have more of that buried somewhere - or perhaps will simply add it in later.

What the hell does identity have to do with your newly found requirement to have money deposited in order to be paid winnings? I'll bet that if I sent you $100 and told you that I was Rocky the Flying Squirrel, you'd take the $100 in a heartbeat. Puh-leeeeeeeze......
Holy Horsecrap, Batman! It's been well over 6 months since folks started posting comments about your site, and not a damn thing has changed. Lots of smart people here, how long are you going to keep beating the Bullsh** Bush thinking you're going to fool anyone?

Holy Horsecrap again, Batman! You're not giving away a damn thing in freerolls and/or guaranteed tournaments.
For some strange reason, most of us think that a freeroll is a tournament with no entry fee that pays prizes.
Apparently not, eh? If they were freerolls, then pay 'em off.

Do you want the negative comments to stop?
    1. Pay the players their winnings.
    2. Fix the operational issues on the site, or at least take a whack at it.

LOL, when someone named "blackjack.com" started to post on this forum, i was very optimistic and i was really trying to give some advices, as customer, what i think they should do to improve site...
But now, when i see that same man posting, every time i have problems how to stop smiling.

Few days ago blackjack.com clsoed my account. And this is how it started:
One friend of mine (also posting here) tryed to withdraw money few months ago.

1st try: rejected, "you have to withdraw on mondays..." well, he did it next time
2nd try: rejected "you have to deposit" .....he also did it then, so we go to 3:
3rd try: rejected "u have to roll money from freerolls 40x"....well, this one is hilarious, anyway in 4th he withdraws only money not won on freerolls
4th try: rejected again "u have to roll 40x" ...oh, they making fun of my friend now i am mad :D ...anyway, he is so crazy that he really did 40x roll
5th try: he cant login to site, account seems to be closed..lol.....

He now mails support, really gets annoying, I involve too because i am sick of fooling people from theirs side. Next mornig my account closed too, hahah.....we receive mails from support,i must repeat once more: WE RECEIVE MAILS FROM SUPPORT
"you have to send ID blabla"

Ok, he my friend never gives up, so he sends IDs, and now i think 5-6 days, no answer from them.

So, to conclude: My friend is really powerfull guy, "the worlds biggest blackjack site" changing rules every time he tryes to withdraw ahhahhaha

I agree it is hilarious. If you win $100 in freerolls (which is realistic), it would take many years before being able to spend $4000 in entry (40x) fees because the highest fee for a tournament is 25$, and it is only once a week. You could die before that.

Well - actually you can play it through in play against the house. The intention with the freerolls and supported tourneys is to encourage depositing players to try tournaments. Hence the play through requirement.

Players who never intend to deposit are welcome to play the freeplay tournaments.

I do believe that you successfully withdrew funds late last year, so I find it strange that you now perpetuate this story that we dont pay winnings. I am finding out from customer service what the issue is with your account.

You still don't get it, do you? The site doesn't have freerolls. Call 'em that if you like, it doesn't change a thing.

You also don't get the fact that the site has been "outed" here as being underhanded and dishonest.
Sputter and spout all of the indignation you feel appropriate, but the damage has been done. Self-inflicted, too.

    Yes, I did.
I never told i didnt, i have made post about it at [January 27th, 2008, 10:34 AM]
But since then you have been changing rules every time.
Cashout which i successfully made was without:
    -deposit
    -roll 40x
    -sending any kind of ID

I dont tell that u should do withdrawals without ID, deopsit or whatever u like, i just want transparency from your side which, u must agree, u didnt have so far.

In my pervious post i have tryed to warn u about your unconsistency. I told that, when my friend tryes to withdraw, every time something new cames up. And that is truth.
When you will make cashout for him, i will tell here on forum.
And that is what i am asking of u: transparency

    thanks :)
