Greetings all! The Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo, Michigan is having a blackjack tournament on Sunday, March 30, 2025. $20,000 price pool, $8,000 for first place. $100 buy in + $10 add on.
I agree! They used to run a monthly tournament (pre-COVID) with first place at $3,000.00. This is the first one they have had in quite a while. I just happened upon it on their website, I haven't seen it heavily advertised. I am registered and ready to give it a go!

It's late to get a wide spread alert out in this but I am attempting to reach the right person who'll give us early notice so our players can have time to plan for the events. I'll try to get any progress posted here and at BJTUSA.com. Four Winds has 4 locations, so maybe there could be more activity once they learn how we can produce player participation.
That would be excellent! They have only ever held the blackjack tournaments at the New Buffalo site. The Dowagiac casino is very small, and the Hartford Casino is a bit out of the way. The South Bend casino has been recently expanded, and they have a nice poker room, and also lots of tables in the newer area that are hardly ever open, so that could be a possibility. I know the person who used to oversee the tournament is Chris (sorry, no last name so not much help). I would love to see the tournaments resurrected, even if they were quarterly I think they would do pretty well. Good luck!
Thanks again. We’re working on it. We’ve got Paragon twice more this year and some other reasonably good prospects in the works. The Oklahoma prospect is stagnant at present but I’m still hopeful that they will have some this year. Just not sure about how good the rules will be. Pitchman deserves way more credit than he gets for his efforts promoting BJ events. The Paragon one that he references is a great event. Consider going to cajun country for that one! Billy C
