The following are the rules from the Gold Strike Tournament on August 7, 2010. There was one unwritten rule added. You could not stand up out of your seat during play. If you did, they said they would disqualify you. At my table a person was warned once on an all in hand. When I asked about the reason for the rule the dealer didn't know why it was added, but it was rumored there was a problem in the past so they told players of this added rule prior to play.
