Freerolls, freerolls, freerolls. That seems to be all I see these days. I guess that's a good thing. InterPoker is having a series of Texas Hold'em FreeRoll tournaments, with each event having a $1000 prize pool. Since the password changes each week, I've posted a page that is automatically updated with the latest information. Here's the link: InterPoker's Free Texas Hold'em "Backroom Tournaments" The first event is Dec 4th at 6 PM EST. After that, check the page to see the next event's information.
InterPoker Casino Hold Em Registration Has anyone else had a problem registering for the 12/4 freeroll Hold Em Tournament, I downloaded the software and registered an account but when I go to the Multi Table Tournament lobby Backroom tournament does not appear as an option, I even called the Casino and they couldn't find a Backroom tournament listed for today 12/4/04.
I don't see this event listed yet either. I've emailed my contact there, and I'll post as soon as I learn anything.
Hold Em InternetPoker Tournament 12/4/ 04 Ken, I was told when I called InterPoker just now that they don't take entries prior to 2 hours before the tournament starts but it is now 1 1/2 hours before it is supposed to start and I still can't enter, something evidently went wrong with the communications of setting up the tournament. They tell me they have no information of a Freeroll Hold Em Backdoor Tournement scheduled today or anytime in the future. Hope this info helps you when you talk to you contact at the site
Hollywood you're right I haven't turned my calender, still on november, you're right but I will live longer that way, thanks for correcting me
OK, as usual, confusion reigns supreme. That's standard operating procedure these days. 1) Their information talks about Friday nights, then provides a date of Dec 4th for the first event. (I assume this tournament really is on Saturday.) I removed my mention of Fridays in the lead post. 2) They never mentioned this "Registration begins 2 hours prior to the event" thing in the materials they sent to me. 3) Customer support should really have more of a clue about what's going on. Well, I hope this comes off OK in the end.
