Apparently no early entry---registration starts at 9:00 AM and first round at noon. First round has 7 people per table with top 2 advancing, quarter final (second round) has 6 per table with THREE advancing, semi final (third round has 6 per table with 1 advancing and 1 wild card is drawn to finals. Limited to first 210 entrants but I'll be shocked if it fills and prizes ARE guaranteed. Date??? Billy C, Good to see the HO-CHUNK at least doing an annual tournament. Not sure I'll be there but it's good they are trying. I tried looking up this event on their website but nothing is mentioned. My question is: Is the date of this tournament correct? 7-19-09 is a Sunday. In the past all (except weeklies) of their tournaments have been on a Saturday with a few on Friday. I'd hate to have some members show up a day after the event.
See For Myself I'm going to try to make it up there for the weekly on Thursday night. At that time I'll check into it and post something here.

Definate! Sorry tool, I missed your post, or I would have answered sooner. As Monkey indicated the date IS correct (Sunday, July 19). Also, I made sure last night that the $5 gratuity fee is a one time thing and not on re-entries. Like others, I have no desire for a Harley. A local that plays ALL tourneys there has bought most of them from previous winners and he'd be the first I'd talk to if I should be so lucky. I look for a positive overlay here because all prizes are guaranteed and it's hard for me to think they'll get even close to 210 entrants. A nice Sunday drive for you toolman1! Monkey tells me there is some playable VP there that I wasn't aware of, also and that might even entice LeftNut and Deb. BillyC
At this point, I think we have an un-moveable conflict with a personal obligation that very same weekend. That's a shame, we'll miss seeing everyone! Looks like a good BJT, though, especially if there's someone there to buy the Harley. What the heck would I to do with one of those otherwise??? :laugh:
