Updates to Buffalo Thunder Tournament

Buffalo Thunder has recently changed the format for this tournament.
Changed the number of hands from 21 to 18 hands.
Changed the max number of players from 36 to 54.

The biggest changed is players must earn 50 points on players card the week of tournament or 10 points the day of tournament.
