I'd suggest that you join vpFREE through this link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vpFREE/ All you have to do is make up a name and password, much like joining this site. Poke around checking out links in there for a while, perhaps even post a question to the members at large, somebody may know of a resource that will help you.
