Prize pool has improved from $41,750 to $45,000. Semi finalists now win $100 each. Prizes are dependent on a full tournament (168 players), however, in my experience, this tournament has never paid less than the advertised amounts. Prizes are paid in Canadian Dollars and are tax free for Canadians. Not sure about others.
