The word I have from the casino is that the payout will be 10K to winner and 4 players each at 5K. So, 30k in one time chips. These people are total assholes. How do they get away with false advertising? There's no money paid! So, the dollar sign needs to be eliminated. I add the prizes up to 27K. I don't recall how I got to $27K in value on this. It should have been $15,000 but I believe they add in some additional value; for one, comped entries if I recall. The funny thing was that I said "i'll play it anyway", lol. I was there anyway, so I played it. I may be back and they now have an even smaller tourney - the marketing system is so robust; says nobody. I see they offer $3000 cash, allegedly. If I have to drive through rush hour to be there at 5pm, I won't do it. Try not to sit on the edge of your seats for updates.
