Farmer is a member name that hasn’t been active on here since 2012 but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t known and respected by many tournament players. Hollis passed away last night, after an extended illness. He was a true gentleman and a friend that everyone was glad to have. Both he and his wife of so many years were known in recent years, primarily in Shreveport, Tunica, the Gulf Coast, and various Oklahoma events, by their character and tournament playing ability. May he rest in peace, and may God bless Helen and his family as they deal with going forward without him.
sorry to hear this also ..yes he was a true gentleman ,also a very skilled player ...with a little luck ..think he made final table at IP a bunch of times ….. he will be missed
Oh, no!!!!! So sad the hear this awful news. I clearly remember both of them from the Winstar World Championships about ten years back. My sincere sympathy and condolences to Helen and their entire family.
