Hi there- I have one copy of James Grosjean's Exhibit CAA: Beyond Counting (2009, Hardcover), I purchased it in 2009. The book's condition is very good. But there is one problem, that is, the book is too mathematical for my brain, and it's hard to read/study for me. So, the book is not for me. I think, perhaps, smarter people are looking for the book. If you have interest in the book, please e-mail me to: firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you EDIT: For Blackjack Tournament Players, the Chapter 9 of the book, page 301-310, is about BJ Tournament Strategy. There are lots of mathematical formulas, equality and inequality, very hard for me to read/understand. EDIT2: According to this Grosjean's blog site, http://beyondnumbers.lvablog.com/about/ "used copies have sold on eBay for as much as $2,700".
