I don't think I'm going to make it to this one. After all of these bullshit. I don't want to deal with Sam's town. When is the next one around Nashville?

There's nothing around Nashville - ever.

A person who wants to become a known Blackjack Tournament Expert cannot just say "I don't want to deal with Sam's Town". If you want to travel the country, you have to put up with situations like Sam's Town all the time. You let us down, Duy. You are afraid to show up. After all your bragging, I think you are a phony.

    Do it Duy

    Duy Tran,

Please reconsider Sam's Town! Money won is money won and will eliminate your need for a banker. Delta Duke offered an open welcome to you and although I won't be there I'm sure many others on this site would like to meet you and observe your talent plus you will make many new friends, Priceless.

It's your chance to show Toolman and any other skeptics you're not "a phony". Just Do It.

Well, let's see what we've got here. A guy who claims to have figured out that it's better the slice the bread before selling it, even though some 30+ years of pretty smart folks have been slicing it before him. He's gonna knock the BJT world on it's collective butts with his new secret. But he won't go to a decent BJT because the one phone call he made was annoying - something that's actually more common than not. Quit makin' lame excuses. Delta Duke extended the hand of friendship and guidance. Rookie789 offered to bet you $500 on who'd last longer - and since you're so damn unbeatable you'd get your expenses back right there. Correct? :D

If you're still going to wimp out on the Sam's BJT, take some earlier suggestions and head out to the Vegas Hilton next month where you can play for a $100K prize fund for merely arriving a day early and getting a suited natural at one of their BJ tables. Then you could show off your amazing skills to folks from all over the nation. You could be a celebrity overnight! You could instantly be the Hellmuth of BJT's instead of the PeeWee Herman.

Time to put up or shut up, sir. A little less talk and a lot more action.

(P.S. I think this dude is really somebody we know pullin' our legs...)

if anybody has a place for me to stay because I'm sure all the comp rooms for the tournament are gone. PM me your phone #.

You don't know if rooms are available because you haven't even registered for the tournament.

With your playing record at the Gold Strike, you should be able to get a comped night or two there.

    Your excuses are waring thin.

you don't think I tried I gold strike. Its the freaking weekend. All comped rooms at gold strike are sold out.

Not true. The Gold Strike has no events this weekend to fill up the hotel. With the slow economy, people are not filling up the casino hotels. Give your host a call. I'm sure he/she will fit you in.

    Too Desperate to fill tournaments

Sam's Town, Fitz, etc...have very lousy BJ games no one in his right mind should frequent. I for one don't support them therefore would not pay to play their BJT's in extension. Save your money DT; these are not worth your time - or anyone's for that matter - unless you happen to be in the area and feel excessively generous.

Also, no one in his right mind ever uses anything resembling his real name in these message boards. They are monitored by casinos agents and employees. Does anyone remember how Max Rubin and Barona banned players who won their UBT tournaments?

    Tottsie

I was not aware of the banning....or was it a cowardly, spinless Tresspass??

PM me if that is better.

    Thanks,
