Looking over the fine print of the terms and condition for the “CRUISIN' at BLACKJACK21" tournaments. What is meant by “legal in your jurisdiction” Does this refer to the state gambling laws?

"3. You must be of legal age in your place of residence and in the jurisdiction of the off-site tournament to win a seat and expenses. Also, playing in a tournament but be legal in your jurisdiction. In the event an ineligible person wins, management reserves the right to award the prize to another player by the mechanism of management's choosing. If the intended off-site tournament is for any reason cancelled or materially changed, management reserves the right to award a comparable prize or cash, at management's discretion."

That pertains to anyone that may be in a jurisdiction, worldwide, that has deemed online gaming unlawful. We can't be aware of all laws in all places around the globe, so the responsibility is up to the player, and the disclaimer is there to protect the host site. I personally am not aware of any of specific state laws that has made online gaming illegal. However, you would know better than I about your own state laws. So, if you have some information to share along those lines, we'd love to know about it. I hope this helps to answer the question.
