Ameristar Stl is going to start having Caribean Stud tournaments with a heavy overlay. They have shut down a bonus table and have to get rid of the money left in the progressive pot. I don't have all of the details yet but they are changing the rules so that beating the dealer is easier. What is the best strategy for the standard version of Caribean stud? tgun
I play any pair as far as what hands to play. Your betting size will be what you are comfortable with and what table conditions warrant. I would think that there would be a little less variance than on a 3 card poker table because the extra payouts for premium hands occur much less frequently. Therefore, I think you could employ something close to a blackjack process to decide on your bet size.
