I received word that El Cortez discontinued their $10,000 blackjack tournament due to lack of interest! I will miss it.
That's too bad. But as a BJT aficionado who had never heard of their tournament until now, I can see why their turnouts were poor.
It was invitational only, I am glad to see some of these being posted now. We can manage to get invited sometimes. The tournament directors can interpret their rules.
