Most of the legal hurdles have now been completed for online poker sites in the US to share players across four states: Nevada, New Jersey, Delaware, and now Michigan.

Michigan is live, but is not yet in the shared pool, but that is expected within days or at most weeks. That may finally be enough states to offer decent liquidity in the games. WSOP is the only provider that will have visibility over all four states, but BetMGM and Pokerstars only lack the small Delaware market.

There is no reason to wait. If you are in DE, MI, NJ, or NV, get signed up now and you'll be ready for the new population of players when they arrive.
