lack of commen sense... WOW ! Bit strong squire. I got emailed it, thought I see what anyone else made of it. That is, as I understand it, the point of a forum no ? I write pitches for a living and this is certainly extremly informative & in my experience it's really difficult to say so much about nothing. The biggest red flag was, as Ken pointed out, the $60. Still this being the 'anything else' section & that to my mind is definitly 'anything else'. I'd had felt a hell of a lot worse if I'd just dismissed it and then, by some mirical, discovered 2 years latter that it had earned people fourtunes but was now obsolete. :joker:
RE: Blackjack system I read most of the selling pitch...overstated and quite boring...BUT... I believe his pitch is the same system (or close) to what I have been playing for 40 years. I am assuming it is based on RUNS, great money management and many hours of grueling torture. I know the "know it alls" say it will not work, but it does. It will provide a profit at any level you wish to play providing you look over the long term. Regardless if you are counting or playing a "run system", you still need luck. Counting only gives you a positive or negative probability, but the dealer still gives you the next card. Good luck
This is the same question I ask about everybody who has ever written and sold a card counting book or system. In my industry we have an old saying... If you can't do it, teach it. If you can't teach it consult on it. If you can't consult on it, write about it. If you can't write about it, host a radio program.

world war 3! Ok Ok I was only asking a question guys, don't want to destroy the VIBE of the site!! For the record I play Black jack using advanced basic stratergy and have 2 simple rules, have a big enough bank roll to weather a poor run and leave WITHOUT fail when you are up 30% on the amount you originally bought in for. It's not fail proof but I am often in and out of the casino in under 10 mins, my aim is £300 (give or take) per session. i have never taken a running total but provided I stick to these basics, I seem to do ok. There are time's I'll play for samller amounts (£20 per hand) for fun and play hours and hours, It's about break even on these visits. It's how I love to play. Glad to have got people so animated though lol !:joker:

Sometimes we may get a little over zealous when discussing a "system" that is not mathematically viable so we tend to use strong language to discourage the use of that "system". Again it's nothing personal. I do have two questions: 1) Exactly what do you mean by advanced basic strategy? 2) You said "leave WITHOUT fail when you are up 30% on the amount you originally bought in for" and "I am often in and out of the casino in under 10 mins". Based on those statements, I'm guessing your average bet is about 10% of you starting bankroll. Is that correct?

I'm not sure why you would think my industry has anything to do with washing golf balls ? Please clarify. Besides, I think you missed the whole point of my post. It was meant as a critique of people who sell BJ systems, instead of keeping them confidential and profiting by playing in casinos.

The guy you were refering to with your hosting a radio show comment never has sold information to any players.He actually has been very generous in sharing information with the tournament community and was instrumental in the development of increasing my tournament skills along with a few others. You should try to get your hand on some back issues of All In Magazine where his "House of Pane" articles may be the best tournament material ever written for a magazine.If not try to search on here for some of his tournament teasers that he use to post here for all to learn from. All "FREE" if I may add. As far as the Golf Ball washing industry comment you need to go to Las Vegas Advisor forums and look under "Grumpy Old Man rises from the couch" That might help you understand the reference I made to your line of work.

Which site would you recomend for free practice ? I practice with basic stratergy charts over hundreds of hands a week on softwhere, i alway try to learn the probability of when to hit, sit double or split over and above the basuc stuff thast you learn when you first hit the tables. Only takes you so far but I enjoy it. Your not wrong, every now and again you have to take a hit and get wiped out with 10 bad hands but it's rare, really rare. A bank roll augmentation system that I have used when short on funds at the roulett table will always replenish if disaster hits. It's MIND NUMBING but if you sit there and gring it out, you WILL rebuild your bank roll. Can take HOURS or even days. But it's there if I need it. Looking forward to actually playing in a tourrny soon. I KNOW I'll get my Butt kicked at first but hey ho, thats what it's all about right ? can't wait to find another issue as hot as this thread has turned out to be lol:joker:
