I was passing through Las Vegas yesterday, July 15th, and noted that the long-awaited Las Vegas Monorail is up and running . . . from the MGM to behind the Sahara. One point of interest . . . there is a station shared by the Imperial Palace and Harrah's. This is useful, because the elevated walkway leading from the station to each casino/hotel also links the parking structures/rear entrances; one can park in Harrah's lot and walk directly into the IP (or visa versa , although I can think of no reason to want to do so.)
