Yesterday, I added loads of casinos to the Nevada list, and there are now 183 casinos listed in Nevada. With the increased size of the list, it seems a little more difficult to find what you're looking for in the list: http://www.blackjacktournaments.com/members/casinolist.php I'm planning to split the list up by state, where you'll select a state at the top of the page (or select 'All States' if you prefer). Rather than the current listing of casinos in alphabetic order, I think I need to separate them by city, particularly for Nevada. My question: Should I separate Nevada as: Las Vegas / Non-Las Vegas Northern Nevada / Southern Nevada City by City If I do one of the first two recommendations, I'd probably have those choices in the 'State' list, so you could see page with only Las Vegas listed for example. If I instead use the city by city approach, I'd continue having just a 'Nevada' choice in the state list, and then show the entire 183 grouped by city. Opinions?
Greater Las Vegas -Non Las Vegas -First Choice LasVegas-if it included the metroplex of Las Vegas,North Las Vegas,Henderson,Boulder City, and Blue Diamond would probably cover over 80%+ of all the tournaments. Non-LasVegas would take care of the others. North-South Nevada -Second Choice That covers a lot of territory. For example,Clark county alone starts about 80 miles north of Las Vegas and extends south about the same distance. Cities -Third Choice Who know where Pahrump,Mesquite,or Laughlin are located??
Good points all. I think I'll use the "Las Vegas Area" / "Other Nevada" concept. Your point was well made when I realized I would have to pull out a map to do the classifications otherwise! If I need a map to build it, you'd need a map to use it. Not a good solution.
What is easier for you? It really does matter to me nor should it to anyone else. Your posting the tournament schedules for us "Free of Charge" and which ever way you deside to do it is fine with me. I for one am thankful to you for any type of tournament schedule.
