I just had someone contact me because they wanted to create an account here but could not find a way to do it. Sure enough, I looked and while there is a Log In button which takes you to a Log in or Sign Up page, there's still no way to sign up.
With very few legitimate signups and an increase in spam registrations, the registration has been disabled for a couple of months. I'll turn it back on for a bit to see how it looks. Please advise your friend. Manual approval will still be necessary after registration. I'll keep an eye out.
