Ok, I should have started this, oh, a few days ago...as I won't see replies...I've got to pack and head out in the next couple of hours.

But I know Richard is going. Anyone else lurking here going to drop in?

No Tournament

I called the casino around 12 noon Thursday and the BJ pit said there will be no BJ tournaments for the next couple of months because they are in the process of moving to new facilities.

Sadly, I found out after I got here. And they said that Jan's tourney was canned because of the 10k poker game on Saturday.

I'm now puzzling if I can get myself back here in time for it...and reality says I can't.

:grump:

But since I didn't sign up for the player's card in Nov...I have $5 free play and will fill out the survey for another $5...so wil head back over to play for a bit tonight.

Missed you at Paradise Sandy

I was at Paradise, and found out then that the tourney was canceled, staff said they didn't know when or if they would run more tourneys. Unfortunately, it was way to late to let anyone know. Didn't see you at the casino, so maybe you had been there and left.

Got in rather early, ran out to hotel, and then back kinda late (after 6pm) to play some. Left around 11pm or so...after not having the best of nights. Them's the breaks, as my Dad would say.

Guess I need to find another tourney for the ride back....What's happening on Sunday or Monday?
