Strategy cards, allow them or not?

I am talking apples to apples here, not when and if UIGEA is abolished. I'm talk right here in now.

Sure we will get a lot of players for land based tournaments once on line satellites are allowed and for that matter, we will get more players once the ecconomy is better, but for right now any players we are losing due to lack of funds lost from on line play and or not traveling to land base event because they can simply play at home (although for lot smaller prizes, the expense is so much less), is hurting the land based events.
