That usually means that somebody doesn't want to give any answers. In this case, a fairly safe assumption is that one CAN be a Club member for the cost of one postage stamp per month. Probably something to do with the sweepstakes law under which the concept was created. Certainly the Club's investors wouldn't want that to be common knowledge.
I would go the extra mile here and invest more than a 41ยข stamp. Send it with some sort of "proof of delivery" That way you know it didnt find the trash can before it hit the right office.
