Well, that's quite bizarre unless they are going to be introducing the points-earning process for TBJ almost immediately.

FYI...no points are being earned at Tourney BJ, so, I'll be curious how they end up doing that.

To be fair, a 1-year lease does have some value, especially if you are planning to replace your car anyway, but I'm not going out of my way to qualify for this.

It's false advertising that annoys me, Though i realise from seeing U.S Tv commercials that in America advertisers seem to almost get away with saying Black is white, In The UK things have to be a lot clearer and basically truthful, There are sevral independent bodies to make sure this happens and a promo saying win a BMW, would not get away with small print saying it's a lease, If I was a winner and had not noticed this, I would cover the BMW in petrol and burn it :flame: outside Ultimate bets offices and never go on the site again!

This comment makes me wonder how ClubUBT's pre-launch promotion would have been taken in the UK.

    burn your Bra's

If you refer to some States not been eligible, I see this from a Wider point of view, If different States have diifferent laws they are pretty much like different countries in Europe or the World come to that, At the moment most of Europe can't join, As i understand it UBT's Lawyers are painfully going through every State and Country to see where they are legal and thus adding them as they go on, They Gave all U.S states priorty as this site was planned and launched as a legal way to play when Internet Bill destroyed a lot of what was planned for UBT, So a few days prior to launch Day they had gone through all states and then posted which were eligible, They are still going through other parts Of Europe etc where there are also a lot of players who hope they can join.

This is of course different From UB/Bet21 who Operate outside U.S or Other Law.

The whole Internet Bill like Prohibtion in the U.S seems a bit crazy, I can not understand how citizens in a so called Free Country can stand by and be dicatated like this, Just because some crooked Congressmen have taken some back handers , Come on guys time to go to washington and burn your Bras :joker:

No, not quite. What I meant was ClubUBT's pre-launch promotion not disclosing that there would be ineligible states, and not saying a word about the heavy favoritism being given to the poker side of the site.

is really what i said above, Assume they could not list the states until they had been worked out, and for same reason if they said this without list would only be fair to list every country that could not join, As for mix of games seems to have more or less levelled itself out i have Bj slightly ahead last week, and looking at Tournaments for Aug which are gradually going on now looks like BJ has more games then poker first couple of days, So maybe someone at Clububt is listening
