Okay guys, as I told you I went down to San Diego and did I ever have a blast at Barona. Wow....the place is to die for. I've been to many casinos across the nation, however, this one is really a Resort/Casino. The golf course and casino is just spectacular. I really wanted to stay for the baccarat tournament, but had to be right here at work, as to where I am at this moment. Anyway, I love you guys and just wanted to let you know I apologize for all of my bad behavior I have displayed these past two weeks. I now have much more respect for the player because I have played blackjack for years, but I can see why being under pressure can be crazy. I was at tables with people that just didn't know how to play. They were asking me questions and so forth. They were rattled and nervous. Not me. Didn't come up anyhow. Now, what's in store for tonight's episode you all? Is it an hour show? If so, do they just pick the players and play the wild card match right then and there? Oh, I have another question for you guys. Are these matches done weeks in advance or are they really playing today? Thanks and love you guys so much for giving me a greater appreciation for the game. Barona was gorgeous baby......
Tonight's episode is the first of two wild-card rounds. All eight of the second place finishers get a seat in a wild-card round. The fifth seat at each wild-card table is filled by a drawing among all participants who did not advance. The drawing is weighted by finishing position. Players who finished fifth at their table get one entry, fourth-place finishers get two, and third-place finishers get three entries in the drawing. The drawing will be shown at the beginning of the show, but I'm not sure who is playing tonight even aside from that. I'll post a competitor list after the show airs. Bi-Kemba, all the shows were played and taped earlier this year at the Las Vegas Hilton.
Tonight will be either or... Here are the two possible shows for tonights WSOB. Either: The Wild Card (they draw) Norm Sheridain Phil Dunaway Marlin Horseman Rick Jensen or The Wild Card (they draw) Dannye Long Rick Fortin Darrel Arnold Kami Lis
Since nothing big stood out for me strategically in this episode, I have to say that at least I was definitely entertained by the one man Razor Rob cheering section for Darrell.
