    The tournament that's dealt to the bottom using double 
    and 
    single decks! This is fun for all who love the game of 
    Blackjack. If you play your cards right, the first place 
    prize of $20,000* could be yours. We will be holding 
    the "21=$20K" Blackjack Tournament, April 7-9, 2006, 
    at 
    the Imperial Palace, Las Vegas. Please RSVP soon, as space 
    is limited.
    
    Entry Information
    
    Entry fee: $325 per entrant. No buy-in.
    Re-entry: Each entrant will have the opportunity to re-
    enter Round I two times, if necessary, by paying a $100 re-
    entry fee each time they re-enter.

    Room Information
    
    Tournament room rates in a standard room will be at the 
    preferred casino rate of $49 on weekdays and $69 on Friday 
    or Saturday, plus tax. Deluxe room accommodations and 
    suites will be an additional charge. At time of entry, a 
    major credit card will be needed for entry fee. (A 48-hour 
    cancellation notice is required.)
    
    Tournament Information
    
    The tournament consists of four rounds, pyramid fashion. 
    Early competition elimination will allow re-entry option. 
    Play begins with $750 in non-negotiable tournament chips 
    for Rounds I, II and III, and $1,500 for the Final Round. 
    Chips must remain in full view on the table.
    
    Rounds last 40 minutes, plus five hands. Minimum bet of 
    $10 must be in action at all times (maximum bet of $300) 
    in Rounds I, II and III, one hand per player. Final Round 
    players will carry a minimum bet of $25 and a maximum bet 
    of $500. Round I will be dealt double deck, Rounds II, III 
    and Final will be dealt single deck. All rounds will be 
    dealt to the bottom and have a floating first base.
    
    In the event of a dispute, decision by management is 
    final. Contestants not adhering to rules may be 
    disqualified.

    Prize money is based on number of participants. Entrants 
    must be 21 years of age or older. Imperial Palace 
    management reserves the right to cancel or modify this 
    tournament and to deny and restrict tournament entry at 
    their discretion. Entrants winning $1,200 and more will 
    need to show proof of valid social security number along 
    with picture identification.
    
    Entrants agree, by participating in this event, that the 
    Imperial Palace has the right to reproduce, print, publish 
    or disseminate in any medium, their picture, likeness, 
    name, voice and biographical material for the purpose of 
    news, advertising and/or promotion of the Imperial Palace 
    and without any additional compensation to the entrant.
