Qualifying round is single advance from six players; semi-
final round is single advance from six players; final table 
is seven players.  Rebuys available until they have run 
enough rounds to fill 6 seats at final table.  7th seat at 
final through wild card drawing from those who purchased a 
rebuy.  Rebuys after failing to advance semi-final round 
table (rebuy into next qualifying round) available as long 
as rebuys available.  Initial qualifying, semi-final, and 
rebuy qualifying rounds tables may run simultaneously.

Six players at table, seat choice decided by drawing cards 
for seat option.  No button used.  Betting and play always 
starts with first base, including on final hand.  15 hands 
per table.  BJ pays 3-2; double anything, including BJ; 
double after split; no resplit aces, split aces get one 
card; no surrender; min bet is $5, no max bet.  Must keep 
chips visible, but they do not have to be stacked.

Very flat payoff for final table, first gets $1,300, 
seventh gets $250, no payoff for any but final table.
