Earlybird reception at 19:00 on Thursday.  Four 
free rebuys by a drawing.  Welcome reception on Friday at 
17:00 - Tourney play begins at 18:00.  Italian awards 
dinner with wine tasting.  There is a reference to re-
buys, but it is not clear.  Wording is "Re-buy winners 
will be postd on Sat.  If the player does not use the 
rebuy, they will be issued 250 in tournament chips for 
their next round"

8th through 31st get $500.  Prize money ratio based on 
280 participants.  With them paying 31 prizes, I suspect 
that they will pay all semifinalists, have six tables of 
semis w/one advancing and a wild card draw - only way that 
31 prizes makes sense for an elimination tourney with 7 at 
the finals table
