Kops For Kids - Ho Chunk Casino

This is their annual Blackjack tournament to raise toys or 
money to buy toys for kids for Christmas. In lieu of the 
$20.00 entry fee, a NEW toy valued between $15 to $20 can 
be contributed. All proceeds will be donated to "Kops for 
Kids"

Their tournaments are usually very well run.
Their usual format and registration times apply.
Register in person on day of the tournament from 9 AM to 
12 PM. No phone registration.
This tournament is limited to 252 entrants.
I have never seen their tournaments full (but I guess it 
can happen) so getting there late (but before 12:00 PM) 
should not normally be a problem.
First round starts at 12:00 PM.
Usually it goes like this:
1st round - 2 advance per table.
2nd round - 3 advance per table.
3rd round (semi-final) - 1 advance per table.
Wild cards - 2nd and 3rd rounds usually have wild cards as 
needed. The final table usually has a wild card. 
Re-buys on first come first serve basis and usually 
available for the 2nd and 3rd sessions of the first round.
Betting: $5 - $200

Prize money is not great but, hey, its only 20 bucks AND 
IT BENEFITS THE KIDS. The casino is paying the $5,000 out 
of their own pocket and all fees and toys are being 
donated. Good group of players so you should have a good 
time so com'on down.
