Monthly Blackjack Tournament - Carson Valley Inn

sign up at 6, play starts at 7 pm

7pm: 4 tables, one advance per table. 8pm: 3 tables, one
advance per table(can rebuy into second round after first
round if room). 

Unique rule: Can rebuy during round for $25 (500 in chips),
but rebuy is subtracted from count at end.  Last rebuy
during round with 5 hands left (count).  Some players rebuy
at this point just for more ammo in final five hands.

Betting: 5 - 500
Finals 7 players from previous rounds, 1000 BR, 5 - 1000 bet
Rebuy during finals, $25 for 1000 in chips.

Top 3 finishers get seat in Championship Dec 12th.  If one
or more of top three have previously qualified, qualifiers
roll down to 4th, 5th, ...
