Others can buy a seat for $500. Not sure if the $500 seat can be purchased in advance or just on the day of the finals. Details on how players are eliminated are not known - table elimination is the most probable. Wild cards are a definite possibility if history is any guide. They say they can accomodate 315 players. So that works out to 15 tables with 7 players per table in each of the 3 sessions of round 1.
