format with  ROUND 1 on Saturday having:
               Session 1   at  10 a.m.
               Session 2   at  11 a.m
               Session 3   at  12 noon
               Session 4   at   1 p.m.

             ROUND 2 on Saturday having:
               Session 1  at  2:30 p.m.
               Session 2  at  3:30 p.m. 

     Sunday  ROUND 3 (semi-final)  12 noon
             
     Sunday  ROUND 4 ( Finals)      1 p.m.
