Looks like 9 (exact number not made clear in the 
invitation) seats will be awarded for the Caesars Las 
Vegas event in Aug.

The wording of the invitation implies that the prize money 
is guaranteed although they do no specifically use the 
word "guarantee". Invite says cash paid to top 9 winners 
but this could be an error - top 25 may receive money.).
