last hand - late surrender - except no surrender last 
hand - rebuy is not to get another qualifier table - it is 
to get an extra $10,000 in chips during the qualifier 
round - this is a must - so figure $20.00 cost for 
tourney - if not enough tables to fill up final - they 
fill up by advancing the highest chip counts - so 2nd or 
even 3rd or 4th can get you through if chip count is high 
enough).
