Their tournaments are usually very well run.
Their usual format is slightly changed to end the
tournament earlier than normal and is being held on a
Friday instead of their usual Saturday. This is to allow
hunters to get a good start on the following day when
hunting season opens.
Normal registration times apply.
Register in person on day of the tournament from 9 AM to
12 PM. No phone registration.
This tournament is limited to 168 entrants.
I have never seen their tournaments full (but I guess it
can happen) so getting there late (but before 12:00 PM)
should not normally be a problem.
First round starts at 12:00 PM.
This tournament is different from their norm - only 3
rounds will be played:
1st round - 2 advance per table.
2nd round (semi-final) - 1 advance per table.
3rd round (final table)
Wild cards - only 1 wild card will be drawn, it will be
for round 2.
Re-buys on first come first serve basis and usually
available for the 2nd and 3rd sessions of the first round.
Betting: $5 - $200).
Added prize details (Prize pool based on number of entries. All entry fees are
returned in prizes. I'm guessing that first place will be
$2,500 to $4,000 but you never know. The prize money will
be distributed as follows: 1st = $40%, 2nd = 20%, 3rd =
15%, 4th = 10%, 5th = 7%, 6th = 5%, 7th = 3%).
