Last hand secret bet--results shown in order
BJ pays 2-1, No even money, insurance or surrender
Double on any two cards, split up to 4 hands (Aces 
included)
"Rebuy" for $25--get 500 in chips any time until the end 
of hand 12...you must have 5-100 only in chips unbet in 
front of you to rebuy

1st=45% of buy-ins and rebuys...100% returned as prizes
