That isn't a Breaking Vegas trailer. I watched it a couple times, and I just couldn't believe that was the Kevin Spacey film. While it's better than a home video, it's not much better.

Anyway, I researched the "Production Company" noted at the beginning and end of the movie. Looks like you can hire them (him) for $15 an hour.
