It's about 40 miles East of Marquette; or 125 miles West of St. Ignace. Prize pool is $8,000.00 with a 1st of $3,000.00. Entry includes 3 nights in a motel that's BETTER than the one in St. Ignace and other perks - at a much lower price.
Will look forward to seeing friendly (?) faces there!

Slim/David,
You guys got all the GOOD tourney's in your back yard. That would make it about 450 miles for me!
I'd be almost halfway to Biloxi and hang'n with Kens group driving that far.
Might have to fit it into a week long trip sometime! We'll see.

Congradulations on the final table!!! I enjoyed playing the semi final round, it could have been anyones game at the end. What place did you get? I left before the final table was finished.

The tables were DEVASTATING (as Slim can attest to); the slots were UNcooperative; but, I finished 4th in the tournament. So, I actually ended UP a few bucks. YAAYYY!!

There's another shoe tournament in Christmas the same weekend as the PITCH tournament in St. Ignace. Haven't decided which one to go to, yet.
I've reserved for the shoe tournament in Manistique, starting on *Tax Day*. April 15-17, 2005. $3.000.00 First Prize. $8,000.00 Prize Pool.
