Comet Holmes visible now

Comet Holmes surprised the astronomy community recently, when it flared up to 1000 times brighter than before. It's not visible to the bare eye, even in areas with a fair amount of light pollution.

It basically looks like a green fuzzy spot, but hey, how often do you get to see a comet at all? For instructions on how to find it, check this link at SkyAndTelescope:

It's a worthy target for binoculars if you have a pair.
