Kewadin casinos each year have an awards banquet where they honor their best players in all their tournaments. They have 3 levels bronze , silver and gold. They nominate 3 people for each categories. They give out beautiful trophies, and lots of congrats from your peers.

Congratulations Billy! Good to see some familiar faces this past weekend.

Yes, it's a nice gesture that's made by Kewadin each year. They have a total of 5 casinos that are all located in the UP of Michigan.
I don't know how many people were invited but there had to be several hundred in attendance. They provided a great meal for us along with about a 1 in 5 chance of winning cash prizes in the $150-$550 range in various drawings. Top prize was a week long all expense trip to Vegas with $500 per day spending money. NOT BAD!
I received a cash voucher for $300 along with the beautiful trophy for the award that I got.
Thanks to all for the congrats!!!

P. S.------- our angelrun5 was also a deserving nominee for top BJ player.
Thanks much! I remember talking with you at that Tama event. I was hoping that maybe you, Delta Duke and others from the south might play at Tama this coming weekend (you can still enter). 15k is guaranteed for first. My business commitments don't allow any tourney play in the month of May but I surely plan to visit Tunica sometime this year.
I always enjoyed my trips there in the past.
