I just got back on Friday from 23 days in Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand looks like anything you have seen in movies and photos. Green rolling hills and forests. It is absolutely beautiful. Before you move there, we had a rent car for a couple of days and I was putting gas in it. 48 liters about 12.5 gallons was $104 New Zealand dollars or about 70 american dollars. So if you are like me and bitching at gas prices, some places are worst. It was a pleasant site to see gas in the 1.80 range when I got back.
