Has anybody gotten the free book from Bet21?

So, it's been about 4 weeks since opening my account at bet21.com. Has anyone got the free Eininger book we were promised?

I expected a book as well but it apparently is sitting nearby my deposit bonus...Im guessing they are having trouble programing label maker to address said books...or perhaps there was a run on the book and it is getting reprinted ....

I actually have Vol 1 so I just need the supplement pages on EBJ...
