Hollywood Dave to launch a new schedule on UB

It's been a year and a half since the scheduled BJT tournaments have almost disappeared on UB.

Some months ago, Dave Stann told us that the new schedule for BJT on UB was on the back burner.

But now, I just got this quote from Hollywood Dave: "Big things on the horizon, look for UB to launch a huge BJT presence once again!"

It will happen pretty soon. Days? Weeks? Months? I don't know but I can't wait!

I can confirm that Dave has been working on this. I spoke to him a few weeks ago and he sounded optimistic that things were coming soon.

Ub

I really do hope that UB will launch a good EBJ or TBJ tournament schedule, but we have heard so many promises that simply weren't true about what UB is going to do. My attitude at the current time where UB is concerned, is I will believe it when I see it for real, and even then I'll still have some doubts.

still in the plan...

Recent words (December 30th) from Hollywood Dave on his blog from UB's site:

...another project that came about in the past few months has been working behind the scenes to relaunch their online blackjack tournament room — all i can say is, it is gonna be sweet! More announcements on that coming very early in 2010!

Happy New Year!

And so it goes....

Zweeky and rkuzek: Have fun. Let the rest of us know how it goes. Too much of a past past and recent past. I think i'll pass.

February 15th

Had online conversation with him last night and he said February 15th (2011) is the scheduled launch date. He also said that he has had to push for this by himself. If it comes off, give him some props.
