Carry over?

Do chips carry over in these weekly events? How is it tournament run? Are players advancing from each table or highest totals over all? If by table simple have everybody at your table agree not to buy additional chips and save the $20.00 and all players at the table will start with the same amount.

The casino may not like it, but your just playing by the rules they set.
