I just like that moniker...a hotel...and a gambling hall!
The Pioneer is doing a $25k BJ Tourney on March 5-7. It looks like $19k at the final table of six, $11k for first and $6k (30x$200) for semi-finalists. Rooms and food included for two according to my March/April mailer, $200/$100 rebuy. Anyone done this one before?
Also my mailer has announced the Pioneer's very first $100,000 Blackjack Tourney June 11,12,13 2004, based on 168 entrants.
******
The Edgewater has a $39k event on March 18-21, 200 entries, 200 paid (how they do that?) for $199 fee. Included is four nights, $50 free-pit-play, banquet. 1st-12k,2nd-5k,3rd-3.5k. Second in same room enters for $99.
******
Weekly MINIs in Laughlin:
Edgewater- $15 Wed night and Friday afternoons
Avi-$10 Tues and Thurs evenings
Riverside-a $20 winner take all at noon on Wednesday
Daily-Colorado Belle $10, qualify noon-3p or 5:30-8:30, top five scores in 9pm final, plus two wild cards drawn at 8:55p.
