Samstown Tournament

Dynomike1,
If you are speaking about Sam. Tunica then pokernut is correct.
If you mean a different location, then click on the Casino list or Event Calendar at the top of this page, and you can find the event you are looking for.

Hope that helps.....The payouts add up to $1,800.....not sure where the $2,500 number came from, but I will find out.

Prize Pool

Sam's Town used to kick in at least an extra $1000 to the prize pool, but they stopped that about a year ago.

[Dynomike1]

Thanks I'll be there.

[Dynomike1]

One more question. What time do they usally get through? I might need a room.

[UTVolfan]

Here's the schedule they usually follow:

6:00 registration begins
7:00 Round 1 Session 1
7:40 Round 1 Session 2
8:20 Round 1 Session 3
9:00 Semi-Final
9:40 Wild-card drawing
9:45 Final table

Usually ends by 10:30.

Thanks to all for the info. Will be there on a Tuesday in September. Will be my first land-casino tourney in 18 months. Hope my fooling around on Global Player has sharpened my skills.

There must be a lot of entries. Sams' Town Hotel is full.

They have been running weekly for about 4 years.
