Software glitches

I was mistakenly advanced out of the first round in last night's 6:00 freeroll on UBT's site. RBOSCO got screwed. I was BR3 with 21,000. RBOSCO had 23,000. I secret bet 12,000. RBOSCO drew 13 against a 5 to 21. I stayed on a stiff. Dealer busted. When RBOSCO's bet was turned over it was over 16K. But he got eliminated instead of me. The other guy finished over 40K. Any ideas on what could have happened?

Another problem occured on Bet21. I got dealt two face cards and planned to stand, but didn't preselect anything because I was thinking about maybe splitting instead. I was in last position to act. When it came my turn the computer automatically hit and naturally I busted. When I asked in chat what happened, others were saying that they were having problems too.

Was there a problem last night and anybody know why it might have happened?

I had a problem in one tourney

the software hit me before I could press the stand button - but only happened once - and while I busted out as a result (I rarely hit hard 19!) - I still advanced - so no damage done - just happed once -

I have had the soft ware mess up several times...particulary if you set a bet and then change your mind...often you are stuck with your first bet....I pretty much stopped pre betting ...it does slow the game down.

Insurance rarely works properly...in that depending on where you are sitting in relation to the button you might not even get a chance to take it...

There are cetainly still issues but I usually dont even bother to report them anymore...its pointless when CS rarely acknowledges your issue even when and especially if you cant capture a screen shot...

Remember this is software that cant really deal with 250 dollar odds bet amounts...

Still hoping and waiting for ver2.0...lol
