They usually have this one twice a month, on the first and third Thursday each month, I believe. On the off Thursdays, they run a Three Card Poker Tournament with a similar structure. Here is the link to their calendar:

The thing that makes this tournament interesting is that each player gets a a "get out of jail free" card that turns a 22 into a pushed hand rather than a loss. You can use this on either a hard or a soft 22, but not all dealers (or players) understand this, so beware and prepare to stop the game for a ruling by the pit. That also makes doubling a 12 against a dealer's 6 fun. But you need to have your "monopoly card" in your hand ready to throw out or the dealer will pass you by. Somebody needs to figure the percentage on that play.
