playing a $25 freeroll ($9 first prize)...I know the bjmaces and Zweekies of this world weren't there.

Unreal. There was no less than 764 entries tonight (11 p.m. EST) ready to battle for a grueling five rounds of EBJ.

It tells me that this great game has a lot of attracting power and should have a great future one of these days!!!

I would bet

they are the $0.01/$0.02 blinds no limit hold'em players - looking for an easy score

and me - sometimes - it's my one chance to bet like a ploppy - all in the first three hands :D

It ain't me, either

Boggles my mind that someone will play those things for over 3 hours to win such an enormous (?) prize.

There are a very large group of people that open an online account and do not make a deposit. Mostly, because it is so difficult to make an online deposit these days. Many of them are probably under 18. For them, freerolls are the only thing they play and this is just another online game, not a money-making venture.
