What's great about this country is that we all have the right to agree or disagree with whom we chose ,without having to bear any punishment for our individual thoughts that we have expressed .

You have now withdrawn your original statement which slammed all tournament players as a whole .That was very noble of you to do that.
[I appreciate your comments on my nobleness however, I did not withdraw my orginal statement. I explained the context in which it was made "....this whole thing...." was directed only to, an in reference to those tournament players targeted in Mr. Smith's post - not slamming all tournament players. "this whole thing" was about Mr. Smith's post as wrtten and I did state that I could have used a better choice of words]
My response to your statement was just what it was a response to differ with your narrow minded statement that "ALL" tournament players are whiners
[Although my statement was not directed at "ALL" tournament players - by both context and subsequent elaboration - I can understand the content and passion of your response, although I do disagree with its tone]
There are thousands of players on this board most who I know on a personal note and I can tell you this they are the finest people I have come to know in my life and fair and loyal to their passion which is tournament play.
[Again, I am in wholehearted agreement with your statement above as that is my experience also after over 20 years of participating in tournaments - some of the finest and most trustworthy friends that I have are tournament players]
I will not allow you to come on here and attempt to slander tournament players as a whole.

If you want to trash me get in line, but be prepared.Your attempt to turn this around to make it seem like that I disagree with Mr Smith is just a poor attempt of a "Smoke Screen" and it has been blown away with the wind.If Mr Smith has a problem with my statement I will hear it from Mr Smith and not have to explain it to you.
[I have no desire nor motive to "trash" you, although one might view your first response to my post as just that. My comment relative to your agreement with Mr. Smith's post was only an attempt to find out if you agreed with what he said his initial post - I agreed with his post adamantly and that was the sole reason for my post - to support his statement. Those tournament players who do "whine" do give a bad reputation to majority of fine players whom we have both come to know. Mr. Smith's comment to you or I, publicly or privately is not needed nor the point. My post supported his, yours took exception to a part of mine without comment on the content of his post. I was merely inquiring if you agreed with his post. I did offer my conclusion, based only on your response, but also asked that my perception be corrected if wrong]
